one of the many mistakes we made when we launched was to decide on the 3 month roadmap beforehand 

stupid move in retrospect 

you always get so much more information that if you aren’t iterating the roadmap you probably didn’t learn enough 

(or you’re an a++ planner)

Pre pmf, most startup plans should be 6 or fewer weeks, with constant adjustments.

Fine to have long-term goals, but you should be adjusting strategy / tactics every 4-6 weeks (unless it’s working).
