I have a lot of strong opinions about nutrition that I mostly keep to myself because nutrition is increasingly culture war adjacent But it fucking kills me to see someone post a stainless steel pan full of what appears to be protein and vegetables sitting on top of their stove and meekly assert “not too healthy”

Thank you for the ping the article was quite interesting and I already actively use most of the tips the author shared. They definitely resonate with me. Regarding your comment, let me add a bit of context: the only unhealthy aspect of my dinner was the fact that I had it at midnight. That said, it wasn’t even cooked in the plant oil the author criticizes so much I used ghee instead 😁(As for the rest of the ingredients I’m sure you figured them out)
