Now that Denis Villeneuve is slates to be the next James Bond director, the talks about who'd be the next James Bond have picked up again. I think Henry Cavill, Theo James and Aaron Taylor-Johnson would be good choices if they go for a mid-30s to mid-40s Bond like most Bond actors have been in their first film.
