is multiculturalism good/bad for a society?

make your case below. be honest.

diversity is necessary for survival 

biological, technological, ideological, cultural. it is also necessary for supremacy, as all great empires have shown

south korea, japan, egypt, poland, hungary, armenia, portugal…..would all disagree

i’m not sure what this list is supposed to convey

they are countries that are predominantly homogeneous ethnicity

ok. i don’t know what that proves. japan is a highly unusual outlier. none of the others are globally dominant, and many on that list are very average

countering the “necessary for survival”.

if you’re speaking to most western nations (we’re using English, so I’ll assume that), they would greatly decline from their current state if they lost their diversity. 

and in the case of the United States, losing its diversity would mean not only losing global dominance but likely fracturing under internal strain
