Yes utilizing Neynar and possibly Quotient as well

Neynar will be .6 or higher potentially 

Given there is a pool of at least 200k users who fall in .6 or higher, I believe this is fair

.5 here, too bad i wont get a chance to grab one, its alright i guess

Still not locked in as we’re considering using quotient
