Have you finalized the criteria? consider adding Neynar score as a filter and not only focus on FID , it will help focus on real users

Yes utilizing Neynar and possibly Quotient as well Neynar will be .6 or higher potentially Given there is a pool of at least 200k users who fall in .6 or higher, I believe this is fair
