You guys should talk to @leohenkels from Midao, I think they can do it for a pretty flat fee and cheaper if I am not mistaken. Also Nouns Amigos to me is the Spanish speaking community of Nouns and the USA is top 5 in the world in Spanish speakers so dont ignore us.

re: MIDAO: i exchanged a couple of emails with @leohenkels and the MIDAO was our first option before, it's just we think tax exemptions will be key in the short-term. happy to keep exploring if it makes sense for us, tho
