Why I'm anti-taxes. The current tax laws are not designed for digital volatile assets and only serve to annoy law abiding citizens, while creating complex tax loopholes for people who can afford an army of lawyers.

In my opinion, governments should have no claims: the blockchain is global, it is not located in any specific place. Furthermore, there are no guarantees or refunds in the event of exchange scams.

I could understand (perhaps) a form of taxation, if I bring back in fiat more money than invested but if I buy an object (house, car, etc.) paying directly in BTC or ETH I should not be taxed.
