AI-generated videos of humans (today) are a huge unlock AND still feel v uncompelling relative to the best creators

sure it may work fine for product marketing videos rn and it’ll get magnitudes better

but i’m skeptical it will ever match what makes most influencers so influential

Deepfakes are clunky now, but once their fidelity increases, many people will start choosing them over the real deal. 

It’s like music; folks once swore live shows were unbeatable. Now we know: sometimes the recording hits harder than the concert ever did.
