CapCut updated their terms of service unlimited, irrevocable usage rights to the content you *upload* to the platform yes, anything that you simply upload is theirs to use even if you never export it or post it womp womp

I take it as you are still the owner of what you create. You’re offering them a perpetual license to use your content, not handing over the keys. From your POV, what would a fair trade look like?
