Interesting thought experiment. My take on it would be: 
Think we need to differentiate crypto into (my read of it): 
- CR1-Crypto: started as cypher-punk-allure which turned into mostly financial betting on new currencies for the sake of increasing own fiat bags. This is where blackrock now sits

Planet, punk rock, penguins - and foxes, foxes are cool, too!

and differentiate Climate into: 
- CL1-Opportunists: Entities riding on the sense of urgency, charging "green premiums", but proliferate the "power of markets"-fallacy, repeating BAU in the climate space, aka "industry sector"
