A few signals of serious, they're using the top Executive Recruiting firm. I've used them at every company I've worked for. - Retainer fees: $150k (undivided attention) - Fees: ~30% of salary They've outlined their problem statement and what they want to solve for internally = Decisive clarity from leadership which likely means experienced and/or maturity.

Long periods of rain in NYC? People don’t remember that NYC was reclassified as a subtropical climate in 2020, according to the National Climate Assessment.
