This past year, I’ve been more relaxed and less feminine since being around Brooklyn. I even wear sneakers and jeans. Nike slides are so comfortable, rock them, girl. At least you’re getting some YOU time with the wet hair or wet top knot. You are super momma making it all work!

I used to have a Solidcore membership. I brought my friends with me often or gave away passes. My body didn’t change much sadly. Lifting heavy like 60lbs for single leg deadlifts for example has completely changed my body. Still allowed to bring friends. Committed to this.

I love this topic! I also get a monthly facial from Heyday. I also get a microneedling session with exosomes, rejuran, or peptides quarterly. In the wintertime, I load up on lasers like LaseMD and Clear and Brilliant. I'll go to Dr. Lanna, Skin Lab or Glo Spa in Tribeca, and The Brightwood. Right now, I'm trying skin flooding at home with korean skincare.

Downside, it will create a deep wealth gap and medical deserts in red states. The migration of people from red to blue states will exacerbate existing issues, such as housing and transportation. We're starting to see it... Tier 2 cities within Red states like ATX, Nashville, Miami, Phoenix, etc., the housing market has tanked bc of jobs. Who knows what it will look like when rights and medical care are stripped further.
