has any team tried bringing susu's onchain yet? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susu_(informal_loan_club) seems like it could be really powerful at the unbanked edges (i'm vaguely aware of crypto adoption in some african & south american countries but ccing @dcposch.eth @rsa.eth who i feel like will know more)
