Looking for a dev to help build the MVP for Proof of Vibes — a Farcaster Mini App that shows what your friends are listening to. The goal is to use TLSNotary (or similar) to bring offchain Spotify data onchain, making listening data portable across apps. Think of it as the first step toward a music identity layer for the internet.
For the MVP, we just need a clean mini app that pulls in what people you follow (or who follow you) are vibing to — current tracks, top songs of the week, podcasts, etc. Can start with mock data, but the goal is a working demo that feels fun and shareable.

Does this bounty require an application process? i.e. interested users should confirm with you first before working on it
