There are two options

Commission-based system:
Launchcaster earns a small percentage (e.g. 5%) whenever a scout's featured launch or project results in funding/investments.
Scouts receive a portion of this commission (e.g. 80%) as a reward for their curation efforts.

Points/badges system:
points to scouts based on the quality and quantity of their curations.
Scouts can redeem their points for rewards such as exclusive early access to launches, Launchcaster merchandise, or a chance to have their own project featured.
