Definitely https://pwn.xyz/, the best around for P2P, permissionless lending and borrowing.
Quite useful if you want to leverage yourself using any asset (or basket of assets) without risking price-based liquidation.

Now that I think about it, not all dynamic tokens are currently compatible (rebasing LST, some LP tokens - although they can be wrapped within the protocol).
Honestly, it's pretty fun to play with, as almost anything in your portfolio can be used as collateral. All you need is a willing lender.
