self-guided hypnosis for reducing hot flashes by 50% is an interesting finding 🤔 💭 == Good news: A simple, self‑guided hypnosis program helped reduce hot flashes and their daily disruption. May everyone have the opportunity to do the /innerwork. I acknowledge that its been a privilege to been given the space & capacity to come to understand myself more and more and heal. I wish everyone the chance to gift yourself with healing and as @marlo states 'there's no telling how profound the impact will be'. Any thing is possible....

Turned 40. Decided to see what my baseline was. Got the Prenuvo scan. Mild/ normal degeneration from age. Provided some peace of mind. Wish Insurance covered it, but nonetheless felt it was worth the cost.
