New habits I want to pick up in the new year:
* Complete 6 pomodoros before I check email or social
* Read a page of a book before reading a page of news
Aside from that, goals for new year:
* Zora protocol-created coin hitting 1B market cap
* Build my own house
* Go fishing w/ my kids at least once a month
* Go hiking or running w/ my wife/partner at least once a week
* 10 muscle ups in a row
* 1 ultramarathon
