i believe in highly-curated communities/networks, and think some products will have massive success with this model. with increasing numbers of bots and spam in online networks, paying for verifiably 'human-only' networks will become the norm for many.

would rather optimize for building an enduring company and ecosystem over the long-term vs. shiny short-term gains. sometimes, you choose to go slow at the beginning in order to grow faster later.

the best user feedback is hardcore, harsh truth. if you’re sharing feedback about anything related to the product, company, or community, share the truth - don’t sugarcoat it. the more raw, the better. the best feedback is constructive and honest.
