Been taking a break from social media to focus on my inner work.
Mostly been doing shadow work mixed with dream analysis and active imagination. Claude has been a remarkable tool in helping me understand my unconscious mind and acting as a guide.
I've also been using art to explore parts of my psyche. These 3 free association pieces represents different aspects of my shadow: the dead scholar, the huckster, and the hungry ghost. Very strong trickster energy.
Also working to get in contact with my feminine side as well (anima). Saw this image of a girl wearing clown makeup during active imagination yesterday.
Will share more as I plumb the depths of my mind.
