Today marks 19 years of sobriety. Not drinking isn’t really a feat; what I feel like has been though is having a spiritual awakening and not letting go of that new perspective on life through the ups and downs I’ve experienced since early 2006. That, I am proud of. And I owe it all to the 12 steps.

Drinking non-alcoholic beers for breakfast feels like partying but without any of the guilt. It's just bread soda.

It's been 5 months since I drank alcohol and my life is much better without it. ❤️

I am 17 days sober from alcohol. I'm not intending to go sober forever just yet, but am planning to take an extended break for ~60 days.
