Video definitely helps it feel more “alive” and expressive.
But it’s expensive. All the more reason to get the script, audio, prompt directions, and shots down before doing video generation.

Minpentai is a game from Vitalik's novel Snowmoon. I made a simplified version you can play. It's not the full game, just a taste of what it could be.
Everything is open source, so anyone can build on it.

I built snowmoon.party so anyone can make and remix open source adaptations of it: the 3D scene, shots, characters, voices, script, any piece.
“Fifteen Days” is the first: an early storyboard of a short film. Rough, not great, but anyone can make it better.
