A small gift from my boss after his trip to Madrid, the rum looks very good, if you know it.

The Perfect Daiquiri!
- 2oz White
- 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .75oz Simple Syrup
- Lime Garnish
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake it like you mean it.
- Strain into your favorite cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lime.
Celebrate with friends!

Is rum perhaps the alcohol equivalent of decentralization? There are ZERO production regulations - it can be legally made ANYWHERE in the world! Unlike like that silly champagne, ruled by the French, rum is free for ALL to create!

The Mai Tai! One of my all time favorites, which reminds me of being on vacation no matter where I drink it!
1 oz light Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
1 splash orgeat
1 splash simple syrup
2 splashes orange curacao
2 splashes grenadine
2 ounces dark Rum ; float on top
