One of the things I’ve learned this year is how to enjoy life in the middle of the storms. As long as there’s life, there’ll always be challenges. Even when life is chaos, always find a reason to smile.

Sometimes I check my phone to see what time it is, look at the screen, and then get carried away and immediately forget what time it actually was. So now I gotta check again, and sometimes even a third time. At this point I’m convinced my brain just refuses to retain that information. Anyone else or is this just me?

Decision fatigue is real and food choices trigger it every day. It takes so much mental effort to decide what to eat versus the actual effort of cooking it. I may spend 45 minutes thinking and scrolling through menus only to end up eating cereal 🥲
