my biggest hope with poidh is that it streamlines public goods funding
a lot of “tragedy of the commons” discourse misses this: people want to chip in to solve public problems, they just don’t want to be the organizer
it's scary to hold the money, judge the work, take responsibility for the end result
and this leads to most public goods initiatives failing because no one wants that job
poidh (if it works) removes this stewardship tax
