True self-knowledge brings transformation. What we think of as the self-knowledge that comes naturally with age, but is not consciously rooted in the willingness to continually pursue transformation, does little to add to either our consciousness or our wholeness.–Bud Harris

For the hero, fear is a challenge and a task, because only boldness can deliver from fear. And if the risk is not taken, the meaning of life is somehow violated, and the whole future is condemned to hopeless staleness.-CG Jung, 𝘚𝘺𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯

"Answers tell us where we’ve been. Questions get us on our journey, and I’ve often said to people in psychoanalysis, “This is not about curing you because 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦, 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. This is about making your life more interesting to you.”–James Hollis, A 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨

Silent empathy: the ability to feel and understand another person’s emotion without words, and to let them feel your presence Sometimes just sitting next to someone who’s hurting, without filling the silence, says more than anything you could say aloud

If we go by the premise that we don’t choose what we are attracted to but are born that way. Then should pedophiles not be treated with more empathy than disgust.

Discipline is both the cure and the challenge, It’s the bridge between desire and progress ..The glowing stream of light cutting through the darkness of excuses and comfort zones.

i had a conversation with a friend yesterday, one talk led to another, and finally led to the point i made, that "Pleasing people is arises mostly from the fact that as children, we couldn't say no to our parents request even when we are in distress." It's more that what the title is, if you have any input, it'll be appreciated.

I am aware that ‘mana’, ‘daimon’, and ‘God’ are synonyms for the unconscious...A creative person has little power over his own life. He is not free. He is captive and driven by his daimon.–CG Jung, 𝘔𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴, 𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴
