my post on reddit got 650 upvotes and 12 comments and has 23k views. what im currently doing on this fine saturday morning is debating whether im supposed to say thank you to all 12 ppl who left nice comments about my photo or just replying to one person was enough bc the way reddit comments work is different than twitter or here or instagram how’s your saturday morning been?

saturday morning thoughts sometimes when i post photos of a pretty place, people will comment something nice and i can never tell if they’re in awe of the place or do they mean “hey gud photo” assuming that they said the nice thing about my photography and not the place itself would kill me bc how dare i let myself think the compliment is for me not this beautiful ass place, so i don’t reply sometimes. and then..i feel bad about not acknowledging a nice comment. like will the person think im an asshole?? who wouldn’t love being me, right?? 🥰

Even posting a single image here in FC be like: - This is DLT SN so there are limitations in syncing & showing the image. So, go smallest - But what if the target user got a fat bandwidth? So, do the right job & don't sacrifice quality - And if they're on Mobile data? Back to small. - what if do it w text-art? 🤯

Reading books has been the most effective painkiller for my /overthinking related issues. Read books. Novels, Philosophy or History works best for me. The more you read, the quieter it becomes inside your head.

"Analysis paralysis (or paralysis by analysis) describes an individual or group process where overanalyzing or overthinking a situation can cause forward motion or decision-making to become "paralyzed", meaning that no solution or course of action is decided upon within a natural time frame."
