/open-frames starter kits are now up to date with frames.js v18.0 and this new function to easily fetch the wallet address

/open-frames on @xmtp unlock new scenario and use cases
so far we've used frames in public contexts (fc social feed)
within /xmtp group-chats we assume pre-existing social contracts between members
e.g. betting frame:
- farcaster: trustless, using oracles to verify result
- xmtp: user trust, results set manually

been cooking a cool CLI to make it easier to start building /open-frames
➡️ npx create-open-frames
currently supporting 3 templates:

🐸 /frogfm + hono (https://github.com/builders-garden/open-frames-starter-frog)
🔵 /onchainkit + next.js (https://github.com/builders-garden/open-frames-starter-onchainkit)
it's all MIT, so feel free to clone, remix and contribute!

A new extension to Frames just got previewed by Warpcast: Previews! They would open up for some more expressive ways of interacting with Frames…pretty cool if you ask me.
Would love to see them added to the /open-frames spec!

@df is this a valid usage of the of:accepts property?

(there's not a demo frame in the OF standards, so just want to be sure - if it is, I'm happy to open a PR soonish with an example OF-compatible frame output)
