At dinner, a beautiful Parisian evening sitting on a terrasse watching the tourists stroll by while eating steak-frites and drinking a decent Côtes-du-rhône. The people next to us left and we realised they’d left a bag behind. We hoped they would come back for it, instead they disappeared around a corner. Being a true gentleman, I decided to get up from my steak and find them. They had a decent head start but I managed to catch up, calling out “excuse me” which they initially ignored. So I called out again. The second time one of them turned around and before I could even draw breath I could see the realisation hit home faster than I'd ever seen anything happen in my life. She had forgotten the bag. But it seemed she had understood she’d forgotten the bag in less than an instant. What followed next was a brief moment of shared confusion. She was very thankful and was talking to me as she retrieved the bag, but all I could think about was how many metaphysical laws had been broken in that moment.

Hodl my 🍺 Maybe God is testing himself, huh? I can see and hear everything, but no one sees or hears me. Sometimes I wish others could see me, love me, or maybe not see me and not love me. They might think I'm a nerd, a chubby Asian guy who can't sit cross-legged properly, or a sweaty, muscular sexy guy. They might give me weird nicknames. Maybe he just threw us, these small, annoying things with our tiny brains, into the universe. He played little and big games, creating lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, and dictators whenever he got bored. Sometimes he made sexy women and men. Sometimes he made funny things. He said "Be" and it was. He said "Die" and your mom, dad, and friends died. Just because he has unlimited power and knowledge. Unlimited creativity, freedom, and independence... He left us with our tiny brains and free will somewhere in the universe. Then, when the apocalypse comes, maybe he wants us to rate him as a good God or a bad God who messed us all up. Hello, everyone! This is the LONGEST CAST EVER! I was inspired by the various other "longest texts ever" on the internet, and I wanted to make my own. So here it is! This is going to be a RECORD! This is actually my third attempt at doing this. The first time, I didn't save it. The second time, the Neocities editor crashed. Now I'm writing this in Notepad, then copying it into the Neocities editor instead of typing it directly in the Neocities editor to avoid crashing. It sucks that my past two attempts are gone now. Those actually got pretty long. Not the longest, but still pretty long. I hope this one won't get lost somehow. Anyways, let's talk about WAFFLES! I like waffles. Waffles are cool. Waffles is a funny word. There's a Teen Titans Go episode called "Waffles" where the word "Waffles" is said a hundred-something times. It's pretty annoying. future, because "'twill" is WAY more fun than saying "it'll". "It'll" is too boring. ———
