Reindexing the hypernetwork to support new networks, recommendation based searches, and cross network rollups Some queries in icebreaker may return limited data for the next ~30 minutes

Big milestone today. @j4ck.eth managed to export The Graph Which Binds 500k person social graph originating from 1 user. Works on any platform, open or closed. We’ve known it theoretically possible for a while but today was our first real-world application

Just published a new post introducing a construct that we've been building for the last year at @icebreaker: The Hypernetwork It's a prerequisite to reestablishing digital trust and is only recently possible due to advances in zero knowledge and permissionless verifiable computing. https://paragraph.com/@icebreakerlabs/icebreaker-is-a-hypernetwork

We launched the ability to “feather” (ie report as bot or malicious) arbitrary social profiles yesterday. So you can report a profile across LinkedIn, farcaster, telegram, X, etc and that report is interoperable with other reputation systems and onchain verifiable. Question we’re thinking about is whether to distinguish between flag types, or keep them all as one For example: - bot - scammer - liar - spammer Should they all be represented as a single “flag” or separate? Alternatively we could let users add context when flagging while keeping the flag monolithic. We’ve held off on negative endorsements for a while because they are tricky but have had multiple recent requests among customers to support

This happens more than you think. The “benign” version is people lying about their work history to get a job. Frequently scammers, criminal groups, and government affiliated IT workers or hackers

The issue is that so many connections on LinkedIn may be fake or just added bc they “know someone who knows someone who knows someone” vs I know I have waited and not added some folxs on @icebreaker since I would like to see them or have a convo outside of textual based places to know they are human verified. That’s why these type of TRUST networks are the ways of the future.
