I trained chest and legs again this morning. Hardest workout I did all year - even took in some proteins & carbs during the workout to keep going. Been walking around like a Zombie but love the burn - prob much worse tomorrow 🤌

21Nov target: back, bicep deadlift 12.5kg x10 warmup 25x 14 30x10 32.5 x 6 pulley 45x12 warmup 58.5x14 65x10+2 71.5x8 seated row 52.5x12 60x10 67.5x7 that inclined back press, forgot name 20kgx12 20x18 20x20 bar bicep 5x20 (excluding bar weight) 7.5x14 10x8 bicep curls 7.5x15 10x12 12 x 8+2 notes: breath is now in alignment breathe in - lift weights - end rep - breathe out there is some natural stamina or something where I can do multiple reps in a few breaths then I need to catch up onwards
