Try to eat more fiber, fats and proteins for breakfast. For example, scrambled eggs with bacon, salad of tomatoes, cucumbers,herbs and avocado🥑🧀🥦🐣

After charging, take a lymphatic contrast shower. If you have never taken it, you do not need to immediately start with polar temperatures. Start slightly hot and work your way down to slightly cool. Do a couple of these cycles, ending with cool water. This will give you strength for the whole day!
