ELIP-12 proposes a new Incentives Committee to improve how EIGEN emissions are directed across EigenLayer and EigenCloud. The goal: move incentives toward productive stake, active AVSs, and real fee generation, rewarding services that actually secure the network and drive EigenCloud usage—while giving the protocol flexibility to iterate as the ecosystem scales.
