Proposal: Strategic DEGEN Buy Strategy for DONUT DAO Revenue Allocation As a member of the DONUT DAO Investment & Strategic Partnerships Committee, I am proposing the addition of a “DEGEN Buy Strategy” to our Liquid Signal Governance (LSG) framework. Context $DONUT is a store-of-value token powered by a continuous mining auction model designed to build liquidity and scarcity. Community alignment and participation are core to its long-term success. $DEGEN, the first Farcaster memecoin and community currency on Base, has evolved into a large, active ecosystem. I introduced a proposal for the DAO to set a minimal glazing fee that all frontends must charge including glazecorp. This will create an incentive for more frontends to open in the eco leading to more competition and creativity thus creating more value.

Proposal for Donut DAO to accumulate $QR I’ve bought 130k $DONUT after talking with one of the community members of $DONUT and will be pushing for a strategy that allows the DAO to accumulate $QR I think $QR is a deep value asset for Donut Treasury. $QR has consistently been #1 app on Farcaster. It is a product with actual PMF, good distribution and constant steady revenue with real fundamentals. It has generated a total of $180k in revenues with avg. bid now stands at $600 and increasing over time. @jake is a great founder who has constantly been iterating the product ever since launch. Also, there is shared philosophy and parallels I see of fair launch, building and innovating, doing the right thing for token holders b/w $DONUT and $QR I would ask the common holders of $QR and $DONUT to vote Yes for this. 10 years into this industry and governance is such a huge problem in this industry. No one has been able to solve it. @heesh, @bigbroc and $DONUT devs have come up with this novel mechanism of automating of where fees earned by protocol goes in an permisionless, decentralised and automatic way with strategy / auction mechanism. It's fast, liquid, direct and aligned. Even voters earn percentage of revenue if they participate in the governance. Another thing that could be made easy and permisionless is to automatically deploy strategies and auction for any asset on chain. A good mechanics could be someone who holds 500k $DONUT staked can deploy permsionless strategy from the UI If donut protocol revenue per day is > $10k i could see someone buying $40k-$50k worth of $DONUT and voting to accumulate their assets by Donut DAO It's similar to the idea that HIP-3 allows anyone with 500k HYPE staked to list any asset on their exchange. A good example could be a DAO accumulating 500k $DONUT staking it and launching a strategy to accumulate its own token. Aligned incentive with donutDAO and more collaboration b/w builders Let me know what do you think.
