Still here building. Emissions / inflation at all time low. DAO continues to buy back $DONUT and amass treasury of Base tokens.
Working on improving our products and reach.
People will call us dead with no outlook for what a long term project looks like. Thatβs fine. Numerous times we were declared dead after an 85% drawdown at lower mcap. Havenβt even been live 3 months.
Not apologizing for a thing.

The $COW strategy is up for voting. Get your voice heard.
$COW is the protocol token of COW Swap a MEV protected swap aggregator meaning it searches for the best price across different protocols such as Uniswap, Curve, Aerodrome etc for the best prices.
They recently just signed a deal with Aave to integrate their superior swap tech into the Aave platform and now offer cross chain swaps as well. They saw 87 billion in 2025 trading volume.
Their product is excellent and in my opinion a worthy addition for the DonutDAO.

chihiro has a good idea here to put our buy backs to work.
However, I think we should consider combining it with the strategy thatβs about to pass to acquire AERO.
We create liquidity of donut on AERO and then direct our votes to the pool to attract LPers to take a position in donut?
If we are to do this, we need to stack ETH for the pool as well.

Shower thought governance proposal idea.
Currently nearly 1.4 million donut are sitting in the treasury doing nothing. I personally have been a strong proponent of the donut buy back but also recognize the necessity to acquire other tokens in order to help generate sources of revenue upon more halvings and the eventual tail emissions implementation. So I was thinking about ways in order to help combat this and allow donut to diversify and expand on asset collection while still increasing the holding of donut in the treasury.
So with that my idea is the DAMM (donut AMM). A treasury owned secondary source of liquidity that moves liquidity to be centered around an average price with the goal of constantly accumulating more donut. It aims to split buy side and sell side liquidity so that the treasury never buys higher than its average price and never sells lower than its average price. Absorbing sells during downturns and taking advantage during run ups. Luckily a protocol that has an implementation (with a few modifications) already exists and has been audited and in production for several years.
Need to look into some more technical details of what the best way to move liquidity around this average price would be, but would love general feedback on the idea itself and if itβs something the community is interested in.
