Social platforms narrow us into personas, same content, same accounts, same algorithm. But real life doesn’t work that way.
When we step away from our screens, the people we meet and experiences we have aren't pre-determined. That’s how it should be online too.
It’s time to rebuild our digital identities from the ground up based on evolving preferences and traits that shape the digital world around us, not the other way around.

Been away for a while. Not sure what happened with channels and permissions but they changed. I added some folks, who have been posting here regularly, to be mods in case I miss something. Digital identity is about RESTORING REAL CONNECTIONS. We've outsourced our data to a few powerful 3rd parties and given up the primary relationship with customers.
For how important this issue is there should be much more chatter here 🫤
