For anyone unfamiliar hotteok is a Korean pancake sometimes sweet, sometimes savory. I’m addicted to the honey and seed variety
There’s an old Korean saying, “ a hotteok a day keeps the doctor away”
Ok that’s not a real thing but it’s been a code I’ve been living by while visiting
