SFL #2: AERODROME ===GENERAL=== @aerodrome is an AMM (automatic market maker) on @base.base.eth. It's goal is to become the central liquidity hub on Base. Currently it's the largest DEX and dApp on Base with $650M TVL (total value locked). That's ~38% of Base's total TVL. ===TOKENOMICS=== Aerodrome uses two tokens to manage its utility and governance. 1) $AERO is distributed to liquidity providers through emissions. So these are newly created tokens. 2) $veAERO is obtained by locking $AERO. It is used for governance. ===MECHANICS=== Aerodrome works via a liquidity incentive engine which works as follows: 1) $veAERO holders vote for liquidity pools. 2) The protocol generates fees from token swaps through the pools. 3) Liquidity providers receive $AERO token emissions proportionally to the votes their pools accumulated. 4) $veAERO voters are rewarded for their votes with 100% of the protocol trading fees.

SFL #1: AAVE ===GENERAL=== AAVE is a liquidity protocol that provides lending and borrowing functionalities on Ethereum and its L2s. ===DEPOSITING=== Deposited funds are lent out to earn a yield. They can also be used as collateral to borrow funds oneself. ===BORROWING=== There are two types of borrowing on AAVE. Overcollateralized: This is the "normal" type of borrowing where you put up a collateral that is larger than the amount of funds that you want to borrow. If due to changes in price your collateral becomes too small it will be liquidated. Undercollateralized: This type of borrowing is also known as "flash loans" or "1-block liquidity". The borrowing, usage and repayment of loans all has to happen within a single block. In case the loan cannot be paid back in full all of the transactions (including the borrowing itself) will be reverted.

PSA: If you own a hardware wallet you should go through the recovery process from time to time. Being familiar with the process helps you to keep calm in case of a real recovery. Furthermore, while doing the drill think sharply about: "Am I able to get the necessary info even if my house burned to the ground and I lost all my electronic devices?" If you can answer this question with yes, well done!

Half of the people from the second LEARN-to-EARN frame have now been tipped.🙌 I will try to get the next frame ready soon but I have to upgrade the server infrastructure too. So if it takes longer I will refill the reward pool for the first and the second frame first🎓👍
