if you make espresso drinks at-home, a couple of pro tips to elevate your game:
• keep your milk container cold, even if empty
• home. made. syrups. i'm using rosemary-maple right now.
• finish them with a dash of orange bitters or 2:1 or 3:1 mix of salt to black pepper sprinkled on top.
• glassware matters. keep it warm, even if empty.
