Trying something.
Been getting a lot of fines in my mokapot cups so I’m cutting out filters from my V60 papers.
So far so good. Much cleaner cups without losing the rich, silky mouthfeel.

My electric Cuisinart kettle kicked the bucket after 10+ years so I’ve dusted off my old Mokapot.
Honestly, with medium-light roasted specialty coffee beans this thing can make a really rich and flavorful cup without being too harsh, but there’s a very short window to avoid burning the coffee.
