It's Bee's Knees Week! 🐝🦵🍸🍯
A Bee's Knees is essentially a gin sour sweetened with honey, so Gin, Lemon & Honey.
Bar Hill Spirits in Vermont is a major promoter and also the maker of one of my favorite gins with only two ingredients: juniper and honey.
Pictured is a variant from Orchard City Kitchen "MO' HONEY, MO' PROBLEMS": barr hill gin, passionfruit, vanilla, strega, dry curaçao, lemon, honey.
