some stats & insights from week 1 of launch:
• conversion funnel is leaky: 4,689 views → 2,678 token page visits → 960 cashin reached → 138 success. that’s ~2.9% conversion from view to mint. not bad, but not great. making $10k from this would require ~$2mn of txn. not happening in bear at least.
• frame is sticky: 442 added vs 8 removed. people like embedding it. this is our growth vector.
• rageclicks + fails = UX debt: 140 rageclicks vs 143 fails. almost 1:1. this is a clear signal that something’s broken or confusing at the cashin step. we ran into some bugs that got fixed.
• notifications work: 294 clicks from notifications. we're doubling down on this.
• autocapture is high: people are exploring, but not always converting. maybe the frame is too passive or not guiding action well.
