today we finally incorporated @builders-garden ๐ณ
from crushing hackathons since 2022 โ to a chaotic dev collective โ to a product studio for consumer crypto โ now fully locked in on /miniapps on farcaster

- run two lean teams (โค3 ppl each)
- ship two mini-apps per month
- build ephemeral, viral-first products that spread organically
- design every mini-app like a casual free-to-play game
- monetize from day 0, no waiting, no freebies
