Local bike park put in some fancy carpet called trail armor on the bike park. Pretty sweet deal, always happy to ride even after a rain storm.

10 hours non-stop on a 200 lb trike (plus commuting on a 100lb cargo bike) yesterday means today is a heavy rest day 😵

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 21, the last stage… Just like that, three weeks have flown by. Yesterday, Vingegaard put the final seal on this Giro, taking another mountain victory and confirming a dominant overall win. Alongside him on the final podium: Felix Gall and Jai Hindley. A special mention as well for Afonso Eulálio, who leaves this Giro with the white jersey after a breakthrough race that not many expected a month ago. Today, Rome 🏛️ Most likely, one final sprint. Paul Magnier, Jonathan Milan and Dylan Groenewegen look like the obvious names for the last dance, but after the way this Giro has unfolded, surprises are always on the table. Then the curtain falls on another beautiful Giro. Photos by Getty Images & Zac Williams

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 20… Happy to see Sepp Kuss finally get his moment yesterday. Years spent working for others, always there when needed, and now a mountain stage win in all three Grand Tours. Not a bad collection 😎 Today, it’s all about putting the final touches on the GC. Vingegaard looks firmly in control at the top, but there’s still plenty to fight for behind him, with podium spots and Top 10 positions far from settled. One last summit finish before Rome. One last day of suffering in the mountains. Photos by Getty Images & Zac Williams

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 19 live… Queen stage. Dolomites. Giulio Ciccone leads after a brutal stage and after chasing a victory every single mountain day this Giro. 5K down! To be honest, today was all about enjoying the views of the landscapes the cyclists ride through and the toughness of the stage. Beautiful! Photos by Getty Images

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 18 live… Less than 10km to go and the stage is completely on. After a nervous day and another hard fight between breakaway and peloton, the race is now fully stretched heading into the finale. Several sprinters are fighting on the late muro, to manage to come back before the run-in to the finish. Every team is fighting for position everywhere now. Looks set for a very tense sprint finale… but no idea who is going to remain ahead by now 😅 Photo by Getty Images

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 17… Yesterday, Vingegaard delivered the kind of mountain statement everyone was waiting for. A crazy acceleration on the climb to Cari, another stage win, an overall gap of around four minutes in the GC, and even a new climbing record on this Giro. Today though, looks like a different script. An Alpine roller-coaster stage with constant climbing and descending from start to finish, absolutely screaming for a breakaway, which is already fully on. Feels like a mix of pure survival and epic breakaway battles ahead! Photos by Getty Images & Sirotti

Eyes on Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 16 live… Straight back into the mountains after the rest day, and the stage wasted no time exploding again. Third week Giro legs now... Brutal Alpine stage, relentless climbing all day, heat and the race is entering the decisive terrain before the summit finish. The breakaway is still fighting up front, but behind them Team Visma is already increasing the pressure and the group of favorites keeps getting smaller kilometer after kilometer. All eyes once again on Jonas Vingegaard after the statement he made on Stage 14. Photos by Getty Images

Eyes on the Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 Stage 15 live… After yesterday’s GC battle, today we’re set for a sprint day with the race already fully stretched. The breakaway is still holding on, keeping the dream alive, but it won’t be long before the sprinters’ teams switch into full chase mode and light up the peloton. For many, this is the last real chance before the expected bunch sprint in Rome. And the heat? It’s quietly becoming one of the main characters of the day. Less than 30km to go… and everything is about to explode. It's anyone's guess who might win the stage today… particularly don't have a clear idea of how the sprinters are holding up after the mountain stages. Photos by Getty Images
