Eyes on Paris–Nice 🇫🇷 Stage 05… Yesterday wasn't much of a fight... it was chaos, crosswinds, crashes, and Ayuso going down at 70 km/h on a wet descent. Incredible that he walked away without a fracture, but his race was over. Vingegaard didn't miss the chance and now leads in yellow. Today there are three nasty climbs stacked in the final 35km into Colombier-le-Vieux, which make me think I'll be watching the GC group at the front as soon as the road kicks up. Particularly Vauquelin, who finished yesterday with a fire in his eyes and he'll be looking to make his mark on home roads in his first season with Ineos. Image-capture from Eurosport

Eyes on Tirreno–Adriatico 🇮🇹 Stage 04… The favorites were left wanting more as Tobias Lund Andresen powered through in yesterday's stage. The Dane's sprint was simply too good for Milan, Philipsen and the rest. Today is anyone's guess... A breakaway taking advantage of the hilly start, a GC rider looking to sneak some bonus seconds, como ya hizo ayer Isaac Del Toro, or another day ending in a puncheurs' fight… I'm not putting my money on anyone crossing that line first 😅 Photo by Getty Images

Eyes on Paris–Nice 🇫🇷 Stage 04… Today we get the first real contact with the mountains. The climbs come in an increscendo of difficulty, so it should get harder and harder as the stage unfolds. Three teams already look ready to take control with strong cards for both the stage and the GC: INEOS with Oscar Onley, Lidl–Trek with Juan Ayuso, and Visma with Jonas Vingegaard. The stage is going at full speed in the rain, and crosswinds have split up the peloton, with most of the favorites in the lead group.

Eyes on Tirreno–Adriatico 🇮🇹 Stage 03… Yesterday’s stage into San Gimignano was brutal. It was great to see MVDP, Del Toro, and Pellizzari battling it out on those gravel ramps. All three reached the top completely empty and sprinted side by side to the finish line. Today should be calmer… unless a breakaway steals it. If it comes down to a sprint, two names on the table: Milan vs Philipsen. Photo by Getty Images

Eyes on Paris–Nice 🇫🇷 Stage 03… Team Time Trial day. From now on, and with 4-minute intervals between teams, they’ll all start rolling from the ramp in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire. Several very strong squads for this kind of stage. My bet goes to Team Visma | Lease a Bike, even though they start quite early. Could come down to the wind as the biggest factor today. Eyes on Tirreno–Adriatico 🇮🇹 Stage 02… Gravel finale into San Gimignano today. A tricky day with a 5 km uphill sterrato sector and a steep ramp to the finish… perfect terrain for many names in this edition: Mathieu van der Poel (my favorite today), current leader Ganna, plus Wout van Aert, Roglič, Isaac del Toro, Carapaz, Alaphilippe, Storer, Ben Healy or Andrea Bagioli. Explosive finish! Love this kind of finale, there’s always someone trying to surprise, and sometimes one of the favorites blows up earlier than expected. Right now the race is still settling with a breakaway a few minutes ahead and the peloton keeping things under control… before the real fight begins.

Eyes on Tirreno–Adriatico 🇮🇹 Stage 01 … From the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Adriatic, a launchpad for the spring classics for many riders and a warm-up for Milano–Sanremo for others. A prestigious race for everyone. The first stage opened with an 11.5 km flat ITT along the Lido di Camaiore seafront. Filippo Ganna had already won this one three times, and this year was no different. First leader secured, but the GC this year will be wide open. This edition is going to be fun!

Eyes on Paris–Nice 🇫🇷 Stage 02 … Vingegaard raised concerns about the roads after the first stage... Yesterday, a few crashes have already sent the first cyclist home, Kelland O'Brien. Today's tight, narrow routes won't offer much relief for the peloton. On paper this is a sprinters' stage, but a break could make it interesting. Girmay and Lamperti look like the ones to beat if it comes down to a bunch finish. Race is on!

Eyes on Paris–Nice 🇫🇷 Stage 01 … Jonas Vingegaard returns to racing, and a potential duel with Juan Ayuso for the overall already looks on the horizon. Although today’s stage should be one for the sprinters.

Eyes on Strade Bianche 🇮🇹 today… The best part of the spring races in EU is starting, and today is a serious race, one of my favorites. So, it's time to binge on cycling, starting rn! A stacked start list on both races, that I'm watching back-to-back 🤓 I really like the gritty editorial aesthetic on these Strade Bianche banners 🤌

Eyes on Le Samyn 🇧🇪 today… Wout van Aert makes his 2026 road debut. Big question mark about his form… but if he’s racing, it’s because he feels ready, so hopefully getting some action. Classic Belgian race with the first cobbles of the season and proper spring energy already. My body is asking for more cycling 😎 Photo by Team Visma
