Giving this a go on Monday 🏃 Looks like I've been taking the wrong approach with running, and with the Maffetone Method, it's meant to be easier. Benefits include building more endurance and preventing injuries, illness and overtraining Do you run often? Have your tried this method before?

This and especially the answers from ppl is the reason you want a specialist with experience in community/gamification /UX-UI before making huge changes. Any experienced community manager could’ve told them the new system is a lot of work - before the implementation that is. Huge lesson for founders here!
