Hey everyone, wanted to share @enscribe with the community.
With Enscribe, we're addressing a fundamental problem faced by nearly every Ethereum user: confusing and unreadable smart contract addresses.
Enscribe makes it easy for developers to name their smart contracts using their #Basenames.
Using the Enscribe app, available at https://app.enscribe.xyz, you can deploy new contracts with Basenames set automatically, or locate and name your already deployed contracts with them.
For instance, using Enscribe we configured our own contract primary names at
- v0.app.enscribe.base.eth
- v0.app.enscribe.basetest.eth
You can also view information about Basenames in Enscribe with the search, such as @jesse.base.eth's at https://app.enscribe.xyz/explore/8453/0x849151d7D0bF1F34b70d5caD5149D28CC2308bf1
Our mission is to eliminate hex from the user experience, and we’d love to see the Base community using their Basenames to name their contracts!

Skateboarding always felt like an underground activity. Building in web3 for skateboarding still feels as an underground activity.
For example: Its hard to get support from big players when you work on a ninche everybody wants to scale for fees
Even if you have a history as organic as @skatehive or as impactful as @gnars , feels like a movie.

When Ethereum chose to follow the rollup centric roadmap, it created a path to reach parity with Solana without sacrificing decentralisation.
EIP7702 and 200ms blocktimes move Base beyond parity, while builders retain the composability and tooling that make the EVM so great.
Build on Base.

Need a professional advice. Should i apply for /base-builds grants at some point?
Over the course of the last year I onboarded 30 people i know IN REAL LIFE to farcaster (including my biggest wins — @undefined and @lovejoy). No one paid me for it. In most cases i had to pay for their storage or spare an invite.
Some of those people also already onboarded some other people and now I no longer control the butterfly effect of inflow of new users from Petrozavodsk.
I guess it's safe to say I created a local farcaster community.
We made the global pizza party last year, we showcase the iconic NFT's by JB, Sarto, Ilya Kazakov, Batz etc in /progress nightclub 24/7. We generated a crowdsourced art there as well (see pic), and a lot more irl activities of sharing and caring about each other.
Your verdict? Is this called "building"?

This year I built ON AIR—onchain, a community around movement, mindfulness, and shared experiences.
I launched ON AIR’s onchain subscription tier with /hypersub , welcoming the FC community to explore yoga and meditation with us /onair
I hosted five in-person events, including yoga sessions at ETHCC and FWB Fest, plus a 7-day immersive retreat in Italy—Morocco is up next!
Digitally, I guided live, interactive yoga sessions every Saturday since May for our ON AIR—onchain subscribers and our existing members, and grew our on-demand library of 100+ yoga, meditation, and movement videos.
I also minted meditations and artist collaborations on /zora and issued /poap at in-person events, onboarding new people onchain.
Everything I’ve built onchain has been on /base , and I feel like we are just getting started.
