Scallops - Often referred to as “white gold” of the sea, I can wholeheartedly say that when it’s made well, it sure does taste like it’s golden! I went out for some fine dining today and the scallop prepared was certainly something to be appreciated. This was probably the best scallop I’ve had, it was sweet, with a very tender texture and it was coupled with some cauliflower and blanched spinach, it was delicious!
