Gn💚 Sometimes we become so entangled in our pains, fears, and expectations that we forget something silent and gentle has been with us through all these years… Something that never asked us to be perfect in order to love us. Never said, “Become pure first, then come to Me.” Never said, “Succeed first, then you will deserve My love.” It loved us before all our failures. It heard our voice before all our prayers. We closed our hearts, but it did not close its door. We thought we were alone, yet it was still woven into every breath we took. Its love is nothing like human love. People often love you only as long as you fit their expectations. But divine love holds you even in the moments you don’t love yourself. Even when you feel hopeless… Even when you feel lost… Even when you think no light is left… It sits quietly beside you. In the sunrise. In the smell of rain. In the smile of a child passing by. In the heartbeat that still continues. And in that sudden spark of light inside you that you can’t explain. Maybe the greatest miracle in this world is this: that a God so vast never grows tired of loving us. Never keeps a ledger of our mistakes. Never trades His love for anything. And every day, without asking for anything in return, He shines the sun on us, sends the rain to us, and lets life flow through our veins. If your heart feels heavy, just close your eyes for a moment… Think of all the times you could have fallen apart but didn’t. All the doors that suddenly opened. All the silent rescues whose source you never understood. Appreciation 06/06/26 Escargot 🐌 - snails or as the fancy French call it, escargot! My special someone took me out for some French cuisine today and I got to try escargot for the first time in my life! I have to say I was a little bit worried but after taking my first bite I actually liked it a lot. I appreciate that even though these look really weird, they taste kinda like crab with a different texture. The garlic sauce certainly did a lot of the heavy lifting but I actually enjoyed them! Appreciation 06/05/26 Ice cream on a waffle cone - Took the afternoon off today and went for a walk by myself in nearby town. I stopped by the local ice cream shop and got myself a pralines and cream ice cream on a waffle cone. I appreciate this cold dessert, especially when it’s super hot out, and the pralines in the ice cream that give me a toasted nuttiness. The waffle cone is just an added bonus to the treat. I definitely earned the ice cream as I took over 25k steps today. TGIF everyone! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 714!

Appreciation 06/04/26 Asian desserts - Today I went to a new Asian dessert place and got fried matcha mochi, topped with jasmine-vanilla ice cream and taro strawberry drizzle and vanilla crumble. This was probably the tastiest dessert I’ve had in a long time and I can’t stress how good these flavours meshed! I appreciate the crispy and chewy texture of the mochi, the creamy coolness of the ice cream and the tartness of the taro strawberry! Heaven in a plate! Golf ⛳️ - Had the day off to play a round of golf today! This time around my short game as on and I shot a very respectable round of 81! I holed out from 135 yards for an EAGLE! I also don’t think I had a single 3-putt today! I appreciate the amazing weather today, the sun was out, the wind was non-existent and the greens rolled true! I also had a blast playing with an old college friend! She also shot a respectable 80 and bested me by 1 stroke! Despite the loss, it was a fun round! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 712!

Appreciation 06/02/26 Birds 🐦 🪹 - I was doing a little yard work this morning and I’m stumbled upon a momma bird sitting on her eggs. She had created a nest on my eavesdrops and looked determined to protect her young! I love birds even though they poop everywhere. I appreciate how pretty they are with all of their unique patterns and colours but also that they eat pesky insects like mosquitoes and ticks!
