In my next role, I'm optimizing for growth
Put me in a company with <20 people, let me talk to customers, and we'll build from there.

Maybe controversial but I don't think that Moxie has changed anything for me
Tipping tokens were highly visible, but this is just blending into the background. Sometimes I remember there's something to claim but it's all still fake/free money to me
