it’s so great watching @jayme crush day 1 of training!!! day 2 should be fun 🏋️‍♂️ @metzmusic and i have been working on a bespoke plan for jayme and it’s now underway!!! extra lore - kevin studied sports science & self-coached his way to represent great britain in the 400m so it’s super fun to be working together on this with jayme!!

having a late night workout here is another one of my gym warm ups barbell complex: 5 x bent over row 5 x half cleans 5 x front squat 5 x back squat 5 x behind head push press i challenge @dummie.eth to this when he has finished up his down week 💪🏾

at the gym! thought i would quickly film my warm up cos u can just do things 10 squats 20 lunges 10 press ups ( on knees if reg is difficult) give it a try maybe do 2 rounds if ur at home 🫶🏾

stop checking the charts do a quick core workout with me! - side plank dips (10 each side) - cross body crunch (5 each side) - plank hold (30 seconds) - leg flutters (10 each side) x 2 if youre epic x3 if you’re crazy
