I paid the gas fees to create my account on this platform, but I subsequently lost access to the mobile application. I have attempted to go through the recovery protocol five times. The development team is supposed to contact me via email within 72 hours to send a link—or something similar—that would allow me to regain access to my account through the mobile app. Several weeks have passed since then; I sent them a private message, but they haven't responded—they haven't even read it. I think this whole situation is a total mess and warrants public criticism online. I might just write a post reviewing their abysmal account recovery mechanism, as well as their incompetent development and support teams. One of the most frustrating aspects is that if you lose access to the mobile app, you cannot validate access to your wallet via the web interface, because it specifically requires you to validate access *through the app*. +
