📝Ingredients:
250g ground beef, ½ onion, 1 egg, 20g breadcrumbs, 40g milk, black pepper to taste
💚Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté the chopped onion until fragrant.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, and black pepper. Stir in one direction using chopsticks.
3️⃣ Shape into round patties and smack them between your hands to firm them up.
4️⃣ Heat a pan with olive oil, sear patties 1 minute per side. Add half a bowl of hot water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup. Simmer until fully cooked and the sauce thickens. Turn off heat and top each patty with a slice of cheese.
5️⃣ Serve rice in a bowl, place the patty on top, and finish with a raw egg yolk (pasteurized).
